Gymnastics

Challenge your child to the Best of his/her Physical Ability

As we all know, Gymnastics is the basis of all sports. We have designed a non-competitive curriculum that helps your child increase self-confidence; build coordination, pose and agility; develop social skills, develop gross motor skills; develop positive self-esteem; all while having lots of fun. A healthy self-esteem is key to success in every aspect of life. 
Gymnastics classes are also a great foundation towards total fitness. During class, students will work every muscle group while learning skills such as rollovers, handstands, cartwheels and lots more.

Gymnastics Program

In all classes, we practice the following gymnastics positions: pike, straddle, butterflies, lunges, v-sit, squats, tuck, bridge. We work on tumbling, balance beam, single bars, airtrak and other supplemental activities.

Safety Certified by USA Gymnastics

Basic gymnastic skills develop attributes that are the perfect stepping stones for other sports and activities involving flexibility, balance, strength, power and agility. Children practice doing floor exercises and vault, as well as the balance bean, and uneven bars and rings. 

Gymnastic is one of the most fundamental and exciting of all physical activities. It provides an overall body conditioning workout.
