Challenge your child to the Best of his/her Physical Ability

Jungle Gym fitness program is an innovative program specially created to stimulate kids to get involved in a variety of physical activities, and to encourage them to make it a habit for life!

When we hear "fitness", we tend to think of adults running on a treadmill or lifting weights at a gym. But when it comes to children, we do not know what to expect. The word "fitness" may seem a bit exaggerated for a group that is expected to be active by simply running around and playing.

But there's more to children's fitness than just run around. Depending on the exercise, the benefits are endless. Through this class, children develop stronger muscles and bones; become less likely to becoming overweight; decrease risks of developing diseases; have leaner and healthier bodies; and develop a very healthy self esteem. In addition to these benefits, children who exercise regularly sleep better, maintain a positive and confident attitude and are able to handle daily stress better.
In this class, children will encounter a miscellany of structured games, and different activities related to their favorite sports and hobbies. 

Aerobics, obstacle races and circuits, stretching and yoga, climbing, gymnastics, steps, volleyball, basketball, soccer, hip-hop dance and zumba are some of the activities we practice in class. We also play some games that exercise every muscle in our bodies. By making each of these activities fun and appealing our purpose is to get the kids involved and to let them have a good time. They will love what they are doing and we will love introducing them to a healthy routine.
